The Merlin BIS-10 is a legendary rock solid performer. The Merlin phone systems where first introduced in the 80's and for the simple fact that businesses are still using these systems is a testament to the durability and quality of the Merlin product line. The Merlin BIS-10 has not been made for years, so any phones now on the market are refurbished units. Although used, our phones go through a special reconditioning process that restores the phone to a virtually new appearance. The BIS (Built-In-Speakerphone) consists of 10 buttons with LED indicators for line appearences, intercom or programmable features. Also included are 3 fixed feature buttons with LED indicators: Message, Speakerphone, Handsfree Answer on Intercom and Microphone. Fixed feature buttons for Conference, Drop, Transfer, Hold and Recall. Manufacturers include AT&T, Lucent and Avaya
